The HADAR Lawfare Event

Last night I attended another HADAR event.

It was devoted to the subject of Lawfare and the panel, emceed by the Jerusalem Post editor David Horovitz, included Professor Irwin Cotler, Canadian Member of Parliament and former Justice Minister, Lieutenant Colonel (res.) David Benjamin, the former director of the international division of the IDF Advocate General and legal advisor for the Southern Command in Gaza and D.J. Schneeweiss, the anti-boycott coordinator for Europe at the Israel Ministry of Foreign Affairs will respond.

The audience of over 250 enjoyed their remarks which I found that they all knew what they were talking about, said it fairly well and even made suggestions about what to do. The ideas were cogent. In comparison to other events of this type, this was a good evening.

It was held in conjunction with Europeans for Israel and Brenda Katten, who I first met in England 35 years ago, also spoke.
