Shiloh Spirituality

Spiritual Emphasis Week at Shiloh

That headline is not about a happening here in Shiloh, Binyamim Region, Israel.

It's at a Christian school in Bismarck.  In North Dakota.

They have Mission projects which include: Hope for Jemo: supporting an effort to reach children in Jemo, Ethiopia; and Writing letters to imprisoned missionaries across the world.

Shiloh has gone far away from where the Tabernacle was erected, where the tribal portions of the Land of Israel were divided by Joshua, where Samuel was initiated into the true ministry of God at his altar and where Achiyah spoke to the power of Yoravam (1 Kings 14:5-18):

Thus saith the LORD, the God of Israel: Forasmuch as I exalted thee from among the people, and made thee prince over My people Israel...yet thou hast not been as My servant David, who kept My commandments...herefore, behold, I will bring evil upon the house of Jeroboam, and will cut off from Jeroboam every man-child, and him that is shut up and him that is left at large in Israel, and will utterly sweep away the house of Jeroboam, as a man sweepeth away dung...

But spirituality is a good thing, no matter where.
