Who Said This?

Who said, on October 28, 1937:

"Our hatred for the Jews dates from God's condemnation of them for their persecution and rejection of Isa (Jesus) and their subsequent rejection of His chosen Prophet." "For a Muslim to kill a Jew, or for him to be killed by a Jew ensures him an immediate entry into Heaven and into the august presence of God Almighty."

Saudi Arabia's King Abdul Aziz Al Saud - 'Ibn Saud' to Colonel H.R.P. Dickson

That's the guy with some other politician after the 1945 Yalta Conference:

UK Foreign Office File No. 371/20822 E 7201/22/31; Elie Kedourie, Islam in the Modern World, (London: Mansell, 1980), pp. 69-72.

Background:

Col H.R.P. Dickson, former British Political Agent in Kuwait, was granted an interview or audience with King Ibn Saud of Saudi Arabia, which lasted about an hour and a half. He submitted a report of this interview to the India Office, which passed it on to George Rendel, head of the Eastern Department of the Foreign Office. Considering the content, Rendel deemed it would be unwise to circulate the report.

Tell us something we didn't already know... OK, we didn't have specifics, but unfortunately I'm not surprised... by the comment or the Brits duplicity in hiding it.
