These reports are translated and publicized by Yehudit Tayar for Hatzalah Yehudah and Shomron with the clearance and confirmation of the IDF. Hatzalah Yehudah and Shomron is a voluntary emergency medical organization with over 500 volunteer doctors, paramedics, medics who are on call 24/7 and work along with the IDF, 669 IAF Airborn Rescue, the security officers and personal throughout Yesha and the Jordan Valley, and with MDA.
We, the volunteers of Hatzalah Yehudah and Shomron go out to rescue anyone who needs our emergency medical assistance; including civilians, military and Arabs also those within the PA territories. (with IDF presence) To us a life is precious and we go out at risk leaving home and family or stopping on the road to rescue anyone in need.
This is a partial report of the continuous terror attacks that occurred the past week.
Despite the dozens of continuous attacks against Israeli travelers both military and civilian miraculously only 3 were injured in Yesha and 1 in Jerusalem. 1 female civilian injured in Jerusalem by rocks thrown near Jaffe Gate, 1 civilian injured in his head in Arab Tekoa and treated in Efrat in the Medical Center, 1 civilian injured in Haramia Valley and treated on the spot.

From a passing vehicle near Eli rocks were heaved at an Israeli vehicle and thankfully, the driver did not lose control of the car. Remember it was exactly in this type of terror attack that Ashe and Yonatan Palmer HY"D were murdered on Highway 60.

Terrorists Apprehended
- Following counterterrorism activities carried out by the Israeli security forces, members of a number of Palestinian terrorist networks that carried out attacks on Israelis were apprehended. The attacks included rock-throwing, shooting and using IEDs:
- On March 24 the Israeli security forces apprehended Palestinians who threw stones near the Judean city of Ariel, causing a car crash in which seven Israelis were injured, one of them a three year-old girl who sustained critical injuries. Five Palestinian youths, aged 16-17 from the village of Haras in Samaria were detained. They admitted their guilt (NRG website, March 24, 2013). On March 25 a group of Palestinians who burned tires in the region of Beit El, north of Ramallah, was also apprehended.
- On March 28 the Israeli security forces apprehended terrorist operatives belonging to a Fatah/Tanzim cell in the village of Beit Fajar (Bethlehem district). Their activities in the Gush Etzion region included throwing Molotov cocktails, firing improvised and standard guns at the Israeli village of Migdal Oz and at an Israeli bus driving along one of the roads, and laying a dummy IED near the entrance to the village. Improvised weapons and a dummy IED were found in the operatives' possession. Apprehending the operatives led to the detention of 30 additional Palestinians, all of them residents of Beit Fajar and involved in terrorist activities.
