Do Arabs Lie?

Is a claim "Arabs lie" a ... lie?

Here is an Arab claim:

OCCUPIED JERUSALEM, (PIC)– Al-Aqsa mosque guards have foiled the Israeli MK Moshe Feiglin’s attempt to storm the mosque, accompanied by Israeli forces.
Al-Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage confirmed in a statement on Friday that the MK Feiglin tried to storm al-Aqsa as a member of Knesset who enjoys parliamentary immunity, but the mosque guards confronted him and thwarted his scheme.

Where was MK Moshe Feiglin on Friday?

Besides the fact that we all know that the Temple Mount is closed to Jews on Fridays, Moshe Feiglin on Friday was on a bike trek, of 28km (17 miles), riding from Latrun to the US consulate in Jerusalem.  They were to leave at 7:00am sharp from Eshtaol Junction, exit from route 38 to route 395. They were to arrive and meet up with others at Mt. Herzl in Jerusalem at about 12:00 noon.   From there they proceeded to the Consulate on Agrom Street.

Here he is, in yellow:

So, was that claim true, or false?
