J Street has been in high gear for the past few weeks:
- Organizing over 15,000 emails and calls to the Senate that helped block an effort to close the Palestinian mission in Washington.
- Gathering hundreds of students for vigils and dialogues after the recent military flare-up in Gaza.
- Uniting the voices of thousands of activists and hundreds of Rabbis in opposition to a massive new settlement east of Jerusalem called E-1 which could make a viable Palestinian state impossible.
What is being done across that street?
