No One Died Naturally?

When you see a poster like this (it's from July 31, 2014),

ask yourselves 'and how many Gazans died of natural causes?' or did everyone in Gaza this past month expire due solely to Israeli defense actions against Hamas?

Or are statistics being manipulated?

Death rate: in Gaza
3.09 deaths/1,000 population (2014 est.)   My bad math comes to 5,500 Gazans who die naturally every year, or 15 per day. During the course of a 30 day campaign 450 would die.
