Temple Mount Bad News

Mazuz declines case against Waqf

Attorney General Menachem Mazuz decided to suspend criminal proceedings against the Jerusalem Waqf, in the wake of a complaint lodged by some 150 people. The complainants accused the Waqf of causing repeated damage to the antiquities on the Temple Mount, and to the nation's heritage. Mazuz ruled that the offenses listed by the complainants were "forced," and that they tried to define them "artificially" as criminal offenses. He cited former chief justices who advised caution in enforcing the law on Temple Mount.

To them he grants immunity from prosecution.

What an idiot.
