The Palestinian Authority in the West Bank is seeking a full membership with the International Criminal Police Organization (ICPO), internationally known as Interpol, and will be submitting an official application to the organization this coming August.
That is what is called a deadly laugh.

Over the years, Interpol's presidents have included four different Nazi SS generals, one of whom was the highest ranking SS officer to be executed following the Nuremberg Trials.
Another Interpol president was convicted of corruption in 2010 after he accepted illicit payments from drug dealers.
