What Was On Storrs' Mind On the Temple Mount

Colonel Sir Ronald Storrs watching men of the 1st Egyptian Infantry Battalion ascending the steps leading to the Mosque of Omar on 12 April 1918. Storrs was Military Governor of Jerusalem from 1917-1920 and District Commissioner of Jerusalem from 1920-1926.
