Just north of Graetz Street, off of Emeq Refaim, there's a new street and three residential buildings. These pictures were taken looking towards Liberty Bell Park which is just behind the buildings:
The street I was standing on is Graetz but as you can see, there is a new street coming down from behind the Inbal Hotel.
