EU Humanitarian Pal. Funding Is A Laugh

I maintain that the funding going to the Palestinian Authority, whether humanitarian, social, educational and econmic is problematic. Much of it is embezzled, much funds its way to terrorist groups, there is no transparency or proper bureaucratic supervision, etc.

So, I think this very much sums up my attitude:-
