Gordon Jules Micunis and Jay Arthur Kobrin were married Tuesday in Toronto. Rabbi Cory Weiss officiated at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel.

The couple own Gordon Micunis Designs, an interior design firm in Stamford, Conn. They met in 1958 [!!!] at the Yale University School of Drama...Mr. Micunis (left), 75, is the president of the couple’s company...Mr. Kobrin, 71, is the company’s vice president and has also been a women’s wear designer for Malcolm Starr, Maisonette and Damon International...

Talk about long romances. Tuesday, of course, is the preferred day for Jewish wedding as it is recorded in Genesis, the phrase "and it was good" is noted twice. Now, and how old is Rabbi Cory?

Jennifer Ashley Fink, the daughter of Michael A. Fink of Hackensack, N.J., and the late Judith A. Fink, is to be married Sunday on St. Thomas in the Virgin Islands to Evan Matthew Oppenheimer, a son of Jill A. Oppenheimer and Kenneth M. Oppenheimer of Hewlett, N.Y. Cantor Diane Becker Krasnick is to officiate at the Ritz-Carlton hotel and resort in Charlotte Amalie.

Nice to work a parent in at the ceremony:

Sara S. Rubenstein and Yariv Ben-Ari are to be married Sunday night at Park East Synagogue in New York. Rabbi Haskel Lookstein is to perform the ceremony with Rabbi Paul Plotkin.

The bridegroom’s father, a cantor who was until March affiliated with the East 55th Conservative Synagogue in New York, is to participate in the ceremony by chanting the wedding blessings.

All? All seven?
