A 27-year-old schoolteacher has been arrested and charged with distributing harmful material to a minor after a 14-year-old\'s parents found a topless photo of her on his cell phone.
Victoria Ann Chacon is now a former middle school teacher who allegedly met the boy at their San Antonio-area church, where she was a Sunday school teacher.
Maybe she misunderstood this verse:
