Easing of restrictions in Judea and Samaria (Communicated by the IDF Spokesman)

Following directives of the Minister of Defense as part of the political echelon's policy to ease restrictions on the Palestinian population, the IDF's Central Command has prepared for the implementation of easements, as follows:

1. Maximal easing of the checking of goods and services provided to the Palestinian population.

2. Easements on the movement of Palestinians between villages and cities.

3. Easements of the security checks of the Palestinian population at the different crossings.

4. Building of interchanges that will allow freer movement of Palestinian vehicles.

The IDF will make every effort to maintain the daily life of the Palestinian population while using all means at its disposal to act against terrorists in order to protect the citizens of Israel.

So, is this, as in the past, going to make it easier for terrorists to terrorize?
