Binging

The verb binge is defined as:

a :  a drunken revel : spreeb :  an unrestrained and often excessive indulgence
c :  an act of excessive or compulsive consumption (as of food)

I don't think Israel is binging.

A declaration of extension of sovereignty would however, be cause for a festive event.
