Screened: Anti-Israel Propaganda

I was watching for a few moments NileTV and noticed something.

A first view:

Now, look at the letters off on the left of the screen and the pictures at the right:

I've encircled them and I am presuming that the three words to the left translate as

"damn Israeli murderers"

and the pictures purport to show Israeli soldiers.

What Turkish was doing on that channel, I am at a loss, a bit.

But anti-Israel propaganda is quite evident.
