One Spoon

There's a new cooking show being aired in  the US

No matter how complex the dish, the taste on which it was judged had to fit into one spoon. 

And one of the tasters is Nigella Lawson, who is Jewish:
 

What did they taste?

Offerings ranged from chicken-fried watermelon chunks to a spiced up traditional Jewish noodle dish.

That would be kugel, no?

Potato kugel?

Or dairy noodle kugel?

Or parve Jerusalem kugel?
