On Early Jewish Nationalist Thought

From a book review on the Qumram Scrolls I found this:-

...Devorah Dimant considers the inheritance of the land of Israel according to the ideology of the Qumran community, noting that in the Commentary on Psalms A (4Q171) Ps 37 is understood principally as referring to the actual land, although there is also an abstract idea that territorial inheritance can be spiritually equated with the appropriate practice of the commandments; for the spiritual interpretation of this inheritance Dimant looks to m. Sanh. 10:1 (on Isa 60:21) and Matt 5:5 (on Ps 37:11).
