Man walking dog finds dead woman inside SUV in Lebanon

Police are investigating the death of a 35-year-old Shiloh woman after a man walking his dog found her body inside her sport utility vehicle parked Tuesday morning on a Lebanon street.

Shiloh police went to the home of Valesha A. Troutman-Foster, which she shared with relatives on Innsbruck Lane, about 8 p.m. Saturday in response to a domestic disturbance call. After police arrived, Troutman-Foster agreed to leave the home to keep the peace, Police Chief Jim Stover said.
