Al Jazeera has discovered that Palestinian-Israelis have bought houses in settlements in East Jerusalem.
My first thought?
Silly Al Jazeera.
There are no "settlements" in East Jerusalem.
There are neighborhoods in the city.
Even the NYTimes refers to them as "developments".
