I found this timeline here and selected on minor section to highlight how Arab propaganda works.

Item 1:

Jewish existed in Europe, and in every single location where a Jewish community existed in the Diaspora, for some 1800 cenutries since the loss of Jewish politicall sovereignty over Judea in 135 CE. Before that, Jewish nationalism caused the exiles in Babylon from the First Temple's destrauction in 586 BCE to 'return to Zion'.

Item 2:

The first wave of immigration is a misnomer. Jews constantly, consistently and continuously returned to the Land of Israel over the centuries.  Just one example, Rabbi Moses ben Nachman Girondi, the Ramban, moved to Israel in 1267 and visited several cities including Hebron.

Item 3:

The seven 'colonies' referred to are meant to indicate Jews are recent. First of all, 'colonies' is misleading as that was the term in contemporary usage for farming communities. Second, Petah Tikva, also a 'colony', was founded already in 1878 and Jews were resiiding in Jerusalem, Tiberias, Hebron and Peki'in in the Galilee for centuries in addition to other small communities.

I could make this long and detailed but I think my point is clear: Arab propaganda corrupts the facts, lies, misrepresents, leaves out anything that will distrupt their messaging and twists things about.

That "Palestine Manhole"

If you ever see a tweet with the picture of this "Palestine manhole", (obviously this is the British Mandate for Palestine-to-become-the reconstituted-Jewish-homeland), that is claimed to prove "Palestine" existed, show them these other pictures with the commercial symbol enlarged and a Palestine Post (a Jewish newspaper) advert.

The manufacturer was Vulcan Foundaries, a Jewish factory. And "Vulcan" is in Hebrew.

On the Anti-Zionist Crusades’ Crusade

Reading Emma Kellman’s 2014 paper, Politicized Historiography and the Zionist- Crusader Analogy, one may assume, mistakenly, that the attempt of Arab propagandists and their Jewish supporters to apply an anology, that Zionism is like the Crusades and will be ended as a foreign colonialist phenomenon, are from the post-1967 period and relate only to the territories Israel assumed administration over as a result of the Six Days War.

It is not that she doesn’t provide evidence otherwise but you might miss the brief mentions.

So here are three.

In his book, The Origins of Israeli Mythology: Neither Canaanites Nor Crusaders, David Ohana notes two pre-state sources for the Arab comparison of Zionism with the fate of the Crusaders.

The first is from the introduction of Said Ali el-Hariri`s Arabic “El-Ahbar el-Sniyeh Pi el-Harub el-Tzliviyeh” (The Cautionary Tale of the Crusader Wars), Cairo 1899, p. 6 when he observes that the aggressiveness of the European rulers toward the Ottoman rulers 

“bears an amazing resemblance to the actions of the crusaders in the past.” 

A second is just prior to the 1948 War of Independence, in a book published in Damascus, Vadia Talhok, “Al-Tslivia al-Jedira Pi Falestin” (The New Crusaders in Palestine), Damascus 1948 which contains a comparison of the Christian colonialism of the Middle Ages with the Anglo-French and Zionist colonialism. His conclusion is that 

“we shall cleanse Palestine of the star of David just as we cleansed it of the crusades.” 

Eli Kavon notes a third instance:

In September 1947, Jewish officials pleaded with the leaders of the Arab League to make peace with the emerging State of Israel. The League rebuffed the offer, claiming the Arabs would eject the Jews of Palestine as the Muslims had thrown the Crusaders out of the Middle East centuries before.

In fact, Ohana references several Israeli scholars debating the relevancy of the comparison in the 1950s. He also quotes from a 1955 interview with Arnold Toynbee with Uri Avneri which appeared under the title “Don’t Repeat the Mistakes of the Philistines and the Crusaders.” Toynbee had considered Zionism as a modern form of colonialism. He requested Israelis not to rely of rifles and bayonets and noted: 

“You have to learn the history of the country and even that of the crusaders, for example, for it belongs to you.” 

So, the imagery is old and it applies to Israel in any geographical configuration.

Countering An Arab Propaganda Claim

It is difficult at times to counter Arab falsification of history.  Other times, a bit of research will solve the difficulty.

For example, here, where it is claimed:

The Deir Yassin massacre followed in 1948. A join contingent, containing the Tsel, Irgun, and Haganah, assaulted the 600-person village near Jerusalem. A cistern alone was found to contain 150 mutilating bodies and the full death toll remains unknown. Irgun leader Menachem Begin falsified the Red Cross’s reports, ironically labelling it the fabrication by anti-Semites. [3]

We'll ignore the misspelling of Etzel. Or whether actually 150 bodies, mutilated (all?), were found (Bir Zeit University claims maybe 110 were killed*). Well, I went to the source quoted.

There, on page 297, I found this:

How could he falsify the reports of the Red Cross? Did the writer mean he misrepresented them? Or that he quoted from them what they did not contain?

So I went to Begin's memoir as Commander of the Irgun, The Revolt, and on page 164 I found this footnote:

and as I presumed, Begin insisted not that the battle did not took place but that there was no "massacre". The charge of a "massacre" is a lie. That claim is correct as Eliezer Tauber's new Hebrew-language book details (see here). He also used "Jew-haters", not "anti-Semites" if we are to be exact in quoting someone.

And he certainly did not "falsify" the Red Cross reports. In fact, "Red Cross reports" are not mentioned at all by Begin.

Were those reports false? That is another issue.

They claimed that there was "great savagery"; that "Woman and children were stripped, lined up, photographed, and then slaughtered by automatic firing"; that "survivors have told of even more incredible bestialities"; and that those "who were taken prisoner were treated with degrading brutality".

Those claims are false.

In 1987, the Research and Documentation Center of Bir Zeit University, a prominent Arab university in the territory now controlled by the Palestinian Authority, published a comprehensive study of the history of Deir Yassin, as part of its "Destroyed Palestinian Villages Documentation Project." The Center's findings concerning Deir Yassin were published, in Arabic only, as the fourth booklet in its "Destroyed Arab Villages Series." The purpose of the project, according to its directors, is "to gather information from persons who lived in these villages and were directly familiar with them, and then to compare these reports and publish them in order to preserve for future generations the special identity and particular characteristics of each village."88 The Bir Zeit study's description of the 1948 battle of Deir Yassin began with the hyperbole typical of many accounts of the event, calling it "a massacre the likes of which history has rarely known."89 But unlike the authors of any other previous study of Deir Yassin, the Bir Zeit researchers tracked down the surviving Arab eyewitness to the attack and personally interviewed each of them. "For the most part, we have gathered the information in this monograph during the months of February-May 1985 from Deir Yassin natives living in the Ramallah region, who were extremely cooperative," the Bir Zeit authors explained, listing by name twelve former Deir Yassin residents whom they had interviewed concerning the battle. The study continued: "The [historical] sources which discuss the Deir Yassin massacre unanimously agree that number of victims ranges between 250-254; however, when we examined the names which appear in the various sources, we became absolutely convinced that the number of those killed does not exceed 120, and that the groups which carried out the massacre exaggerated the numbers in order to frighten Palestinian residents into leaving their villages and cities without resistance."90 The authors concluded: "Below is a list of the names and ages of those killed at Deir Yassin in the massacre which took place on April 9, 1948, which was compiled by us on the basis of the testimony of Deir Yassin natives. We have invested great effort in checking it and in making certain of each name on it, such that we can say, with no hesitation, that it is the most accurate list of its type until today." A list of 107 people killed and twelve wounded followed.91

A Fact Falsifier and An Adulterator of History

Nimer Sultany is Senior Lecturer in Public Law, the School of Oriental and African Studies at University of London and a member of its Center for Palestine Studies. Sultany expresses an affinity and identification with "radical left theoretical thought and radical left practice". At that Center, a graduate student, and undergraduates as well I would presume, 

will develop an understanding of Palestinian history, political structure, development, culture and society. 

As for Israel, insight into the school's agenda perhaps could be gained from what Sultany published in one of his early articles on Israel's Supreme Court, he paraphrases David Grossman's, The Yellow Wind, writing of "occupation" that

With one stroke, the West Bank becomes Judea and Samaria, Nablus becomes Schem, al-Khalil turns into Hebron, and the Occupied Territories become the Area, the administered Territories or the Territories. Language becomes a mechanism to disguise and conceal the reality, a mechanism to present an alternative reality by giving it new packaging.

I would maintain that that semantic sleight-of-mind is exactly what the Arabs-called-Palestinians have done and do to Eretz-Yisrael.  By the way, Nablus is the Arabic pronunciation of Neapolis, the Roman name for Shchem, just as Filastin is the approximation in Arabic pronunciation (the language has no 'P' sound) of Palestina, the Latin term the Romans awarded vanquished Judea.

He now has an essay, in Critical Legal Thinking — Law and the Political" no less, which attacks Zionism as imperialist, non-democratic, illiberal nationalism, settler colonialism, etc., and challenges liberals when he writes

modern day-liberals deny the Palestinians’ the ability to meaningfully resist their servitude

There is much too much there to fisk and illustrate the lack of academic integrity, factual presentation and historical misrepresentation, like the "illiberal and anti-democratic genesis of Zionism" (whatever that means and as if 'Palestinian Arab' politics are somehow democratic and liberal), but I did comment on one assertion of his. I wrote:

I am still digesting all this but at the end you mention a Palestinian "right of return". Two points:

a. is there truly a "right" of return or but an option; the other being compensation?
b. since UN 190 originally was to be applied to "Palestine Refugees" (not "Palestinian Refugees" as if only Arabs somehow were to be numbered) which, of course, included over 10,000 Jews (20,000 if the Jews forced to move from their homes during 1920-1948 due to an Arab campaign of ethnic cleansing are counted), can not Jews make an equal-value claim for a right to return to Hebron, Gaza, Shchem, etc., where Jewish communities had existed, many for centuries and even before the Arab conquest and occupation of 638 CE?

Basing himself on Hannah Arendt, Sultany states that "the fertile ground for the rise of Zionism" was predicated on "the secularization of European Jewry" and "anti-Semitism and the rise of assimilated Jewish intelligentsia." If I am to fathom that, am I to understand that religion, culture and a 3000-year history the Jews possessed had little if anything to do with Zionism? No tribal federation, kings, priests and prophets in Eretz-Yisrael?  I can relax knowing Sultany will not accuse me of Biblical messianism?

Totally out of time and place, I think he is somewhere in the 1920s, he again seeks out Arendt to justify his racism, his ignorance and his prejudices:

Arendt (The Jewish Writings 180-181, 354) points out that “Zionism has never been a true popular movement..."

That is not true. With the majority of Jews in Israel, it patently is not true. Even then, the Bund, Zionism's main competitor for the "gasse", the Jewish street, was down and out in Soviet Russia. The waves of post-1948 waves of immigration also prove Arendt wrong then and surely today.

He purports that Zionists who seek to separate between 1967 and 1948, between consequences and origins, err in that they are engaged in "reducing the ongoing nature of the settler colonial enterprise into an event". So what were the Jews in Eretz-Yisrael doing when they revolted in 132 CE under Bar Kochba's leadership, in 363 CE when they responded to the permission decree of Justinian to rebuild the Temple, in 400 CE when they finished redacting the Jerusalem Talmud and on and on throughout the 1800 years of loss of political sovereignty when, despite that situation, the lived, immigrated to, planted and built prior to the appearance of political Zionism of Herzl.

How much is a professor at a London university allowed to lie, fabricate and mislead?

Two leading anti-Zionists are praised as having provided "cool-headed warnings". Quite the academic terminology there.

And how does he 'prove' Zionism is "colonialism"?  In part by quoting Moshe Hess, "a founder of Labor Zionism" [?], who 

envision[ed] in his Rome and Jerusalem (1856) “the founding of Jewish colonies in the land of their ancestors”

as if the term "colonies" had anything to do with the charge he is making against a people returning to the land of its fathers and mothers, as if the League of Nations knew nothing about this when they wrote in its 1922 Mandate decision that

recognition has thereby been given to the historical connection of the Jewish people with Palestine and to the grounds for reconstituting their national home in that country; 

Sultany, his students should know, is but a cheap propagandist, a falsifier of facts and an adulterator of political, social and cultural history.

Hamas Propaganda is Terror Art

Israel does not target, with malice aforethought, children and other non-fighter populace.

50,000 warning phone calls were made last week to residents at potential locations that could be attacked.

Hamas places its weaponery amidst the civilian population.

Its rockets also kill their own children when they explode on ignition or fall short.

A poster like this

is not only horrendously gruesome and posed but evil misrepresentation.

With an enemy like this, with its warped logic, there is no common language.

Kudos to the Mashberg Letter

My letter-to-the-editor responding to the letters published in response to Dani Dayan's op-ed, all negative without balance, didn't make it but this one did:

To the Editor:

Maen Rashid Areikat, a senior Palestinian official, in his July 27 letter rebutting an Op-Ed article that supported Israeli settlements in the West Bank (“Israel’s Settlers Are Here to Stay,” July 26) laments “sixty-four years of a relentless struggle for freedom by Palestinians.” 

Let’s see. Sixty-four years ago takes us to 1948, the year of Israel’s birth. But there were no West Bank settlements in 1948. The West Bank was occupied by Jordan and remained so until 1967. So exactly what have the Palestinians been struggling against relentlessly for 64 years? 

Whether a welcome moment of candor or a revealing Freudian slip, a Palestinian official has acknowledged what is at the heart of the conflict between Israel and the Palestinians: the very existence of the state of Israel.

The PLO's Maen Rashid Areikat, in rebutting Yesha Council head Dani Dayan's rejection of a Palestinian state, asserts the only choice is "settlements or peace" (Jul. 26). But, as we all know, the terrorist PLO was founded in 1964, following the terrorist Fedayeen in the 1950s, when there were no "settlements", that is, Jewish communities, in those territories later to be administered by Israel after 1967.  No "occupation" either.  And there certainly wasn't peace.  Areikat represents the traditional Arab anti-Zionist approach that we Jews have no choice whether to live peacefully or live in our national homeland, in any border configuration.

I hope my letter and perhaps others in the same vein, forced the NYTimes to publish one of us.

Great going Mashberg!

Oh, and as for Areikat, nothing will help.  He simply lies.

More Temple Mount Incendiary Incitement

Reported:

Israeli occupation police allowed around 70 soldiers from the Israeli navy to storm the holy Aqsa mosque in occupied Jerusalem and to stroll in its plazas.  Local sources said that the soldiers broke into the holy site in their uniform at around 0900 am Monday, adding that the leader of the extremist Temple Mount Trustees Gershon Salomon was also allowed into the Aqsa plazas.

First of all, "plazas"?

But to the point, no one "storms" and no one "breaks into" - and it is a Jewish holy site, after all.  Israeli authorities, unfortunately, do not permit overt expressions of worship or religious respect, so what are they complaining about?  And unlike the Waqf authority, hey didn't dig up Muslim artifacts and throw them away or cover up others.

And Gershon Solomon?  He would be let in?  (and it's Temple Mount Faithful, not "Trustees").

So, let's review another site, here:-

On Monday, 25th June, Israeli occupation police admitted 57 members from the Israeli navy and a member of the Knesset to take a tour in al-Aqsa mosque's yards. The head of the Islamic Awqaf department in Jerusalem, Azzam al-Khatib, said the soldiers spread out in the mosques' yards and roamed around while in their military uniform.

"These tours are always repeated, as groups from the different Israeli forces and Israeli civilians enter the mosque and do provocative tours inside its yards," Said al-Khatib.  One of the guards in al-Awqaf denied that Gershon Salomon, the head of the "The Temple Mount Trustees" a Jewish religious movement, entered into the mosque.

So, 23 soldiers less. No Solomon.  But one Member of Knesset.

They don't "storm".  They "roam".   But they are "provocative".

Again, this is Arab incendiary propaganda.

The Jordanian ministry of Islamic affairs and holy sites strongly denounced the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) for facilitating the entry of Israeli soldiers and extremist Jewish figures into the Aqsa Mosque’s courtyard on Monday and described it as a provocative act....In a press release, the Jordanian ministry stated that the IOA carried out on May 22, 2012 destructive excavations in Al-Maghariba area near the Aqsa Mosque and erased historical Islamic ruins, and on May 28 of the same year it allowed extremist soldiers to provoke the feeling of Muslims and raise the Israeli flag in the courtyard of the Dome of Rock Mosque. The ministry said that Israel flagrantly insists on violating all international agreements which require it to respect Jordan’s role in taking care of the Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem.

AFEH: IOA launches unprecedented digging under the Aqsa

The Aqsa Foundation for Endowment and Heritage (AFEH) has warned that the Israeli occupation authority (IOA) was launching the biggest excavations ever in the vicinity of the holy Aqsa mosque.

It said in a statement on Sunday that the campaign, described by Hebrew media as the biggest in 150 years, coincided with an unprecedented attempt to forge history and invent the presence of a Jewish city underneath and in the vicinity of the holy site.

...The foundation said that the three-pronged diggings included first a network of tunnels underneath the Aqsa and in its vicinity, the second aimed at creating a vacuum to simulate presence of a historical Jewish city in an area adjacent to the Aqsa, and the third targeted destroying Arab and Islamic relics and culture in the area.

AFEH called for an Islamic, Arab, and Palestinian strategy to confront and foil such practices and serious violations against Jerusalem and the Aqsa mosque.

That story seems to be more in the vicinity of an untruth, a prevarication and a gross misconstruction.

But the problem is that as they give no source, how can one check?  I googled around but came up with nothing.  Well, almost.  I did find this

Israel is planning a major archaeological dig under the Western Wall (Kotel) plaza, opposite the Temple Mount, officials announced Thursday. The excavations will create an archaeological park directly underneath the area where worshippers currently stand while praying at the Kotel.

But that is an item from...over two and a half years ago.

So, there's "in the vicinity".  And "underneath".  And "under". And "creating a vacuum", whatever that is.

And all that seems to be purposely intended to stir up a violent reaction.

That's incendiary.

And I did find this:

And that is propaganda.

Now the "Fake Graves" Story

I have attended meetings devoted to the efforts to provide proper and adequate security for the Jewish cemetery on the Mount of Olives. A friend, Jeff Daube, is very active. The desecration of those graves during the 19-year Jordanian illegal occupation when tens of thousands were disturbed, destroyed and renoved for construction purposes as well as for walkways and latrine covers is well documented. The desecration continues and recently American elected officials were stoned there.

But this item highlights what I have termed the 'inventivity/disinventivity' model of Palestinianism, whereby the Arabs make-up elements of their presumed historical connections to this land as a national group and at the same time attempt to deny and delegitimize any proven Jewish connection to the Land

The occupation plants thousands of fake graves around Al-Aqsa

A Jerusalemite Foundation unveiled a significant escalation in the occupation authorities’ activities in implementing [sic] fake Jewish graves around Al Aqsa Mosque and the Old City of Jerusalem, attempting to “forge and Judaize the city’s history.”

Al-Aqsa Foundation for Waqf and Heritage said, in a report released on Monday that the occupation, through its executive power in the city of Jerusalem, is implanting [or is that implementing, see above] thousands of fake Jewish graves around Al-Aqsa Mosque and in the Old City, under governmental decisions...The foundation considered that through such operations, the occupation intends to Judaize all the area surrounding Al-Aqsa as well as the Old City, and is trying to impose its control on Palestinian endowment lands in order to implant graves, settlements, Talmudic gardens and Jewish institutions. It added: “The occupation is falsifying the geography, the history and the monuments in order to legitimize the implantation of the Jewish fake graves and Jewish fake holy sites.”

The report pointed out that the empty graves were implanted at the pretext of carrying out repair and maintenance works as well as engineering surveys and statistics. It is noted that the Israeli authorities prohibit the restoration of the Islamic historical graves in the city of Jerusalem and are demolishing and washing away hundreds of them.

How can we make peace with such an irrational mindset shared by the majority of Arabs in Judea and Samaria?

How One Arranges a Pallywood Performance

I will conclude this column I am sending you with a little anecdote, I have already told you and you did not believe.

While I was shooting “The Road to Jenin” (which was broadcast again last week on Arutz 1, to commemorate the battle), and, to please my Palestinian fixer (it was also a matter of survival) I was hypocritically singing Talal’s praise and his scoop, the fixer having taken a liking to me asked me if I “could be interested in a similar case”, claiming it could be arranged if I had available means. You did not believe my story. For my part, I refused to have a child killed so as to make me famous and to advance the Palestinian cause.

To compensate, my fixer was kind enough to arrange the false testimony of a Palestinian woman who was supposed to have given birth at a checkpoint, because of the wicked IDF soldiers. This false testimony, and its preparation, including the intervention of the doctor who made her repeat her lines, are an integral part of this film that I sent you and I recommend you should watch.

BETHLEHEM, (PIC)– Jewish settlers seized Palestinian land in Khader village, south of Bethlehem, on Saturday and started farming it.  Ahmed Salah, the coordinator of the popular committee in the village, said that settlers from Hanania settlement took control over six dunums of Mustafa Ghunaim’s land and ploughed it to impose a de facto situation.

I asked a local.  His response:

First I heard of this, obviously a lie. If there was even a much smaller real event I would have heard something and seen the smoke

...that pilgrimage route was abruptly halted after Israel captured east Jerusalem in the 1967 Mideast war. East Jerusalem is home to the hilltop compound housing both Al-Aqsa and the Temple Mount, Judaism's holiest site. As a result, many Muslims believe visiting the mosque would amount to recognition of Israel's claim to the area and be inappropriate when Israel prevents many Palestinians from entering.

a) it was not halted.  ask former President Sadat who prayed at El-Aksa in 1977.

b) yes, occasionally, due to threats of Muslims rioting, entry can be restricted for men in a certain aga and marital status category.  that's a security issue and is never a 100% ban.  unlike the Jews, mind you.

c) maybe it's a self-imposed policy not to come?

A British university lecturer told Global March to Jerusalem protesters on Friday evening that Jerusalem “does not belong to Jewish Israelis or to Jews” and that Israel is “finished.” University of Exeter lecturer Ghada Karmi, speaking to protesters converged near the Israeli Embassy in London, went on to say that she “respects all religions” but that one should not be allowed to take over the city. Karmi also said that Israel does not deserve to continue as a state.

But there are people out there who

a) believe her
b) have no reason to doubt her
c) couldn't care if she is wrong

which means that either it is because she is an Arab, or that she is an academic, or that she is an Arab academic or that she is a she that people are willing to belive such BS.

Which means they either are anti-Semitic, anti-Zionist, pro-Arab, ignorant or don't care.

A Story on Settlement, Roadblocks - But Where?

The story:-

A massive settlement in the wake of the mortgage meltdown could impact thousands of people in West Virginia, Kentucky and Ohio. The Obama administration announced a $26 billion settlement Thursday with five of the country's biggest home lenders. They were accused of foreclosing homes based on something called robo-signing. That means they'd speed up taking the homes without proper paperwork.

The banks were also putting up too many roadblocks, keeping people from modifying their loans and putting them further behind on their payments. The settlement is with: J.P. Morgan Chase, Bank of America/Countrywide, Wells Fargo, Citibank and GMAC/Ally.

At least now there'll be a situation wherby there "begins a long-promised reckoning" - which I understand as the recognition of Jewish rights - historic, religious, cultural and legal - to our Land of Israel as the Jeiwsh national home and Jewish nationalism. That's the reckoning promised, the truth.

Jerusalem has had a Jewish population majority since the late 1850s - that's 130 years already, before 'Palestinianism' was invented:

"Improved" Arab 'Apartheid' Propaganda

How is this for an opening?

a) Israel does not have an "apartheid policy".

b) there is no "openly violent form".

c) no terror by Arabs, no security restrictions.

d) there are no "Jews-only" roads except at certain security-risk locations and/or time periods.

e) there are many more "Arabs-only" roads.

f) there are no "Jews-only" signs because there are none.

Problems with Pal. Propagandists

In response to this article, Palestinians can't bypass Israel, Oslo accords, I found this comment:

It is not unexpected to find distortions and half-truths in the above piece written by a fellow for Middle Eastern affairs at The Heritage Foundation. Let me just give two examples:

About the Oslo Accords, he wrote: "Mahmoud Abbas essentially turned his back on the 1993 Oslo peace accord with Israel." The truth is that the Oslo Accords, specifically Oslo II, explicitly prohibited any change in the status of the West Bank and Gaza Strip. Instead, in violation of the accords, the building of settlements continued and Jewish settlers continued to move to the West Bank. Furthermore, bypass roads were built to connect these settlements.

He also wrote: "Israel agreed to an unprecedented 10-month halt on building settlements in the West Bank." The writer failed to mention that the 10-month housing freeze did not include East Jerusalem, which under international law is part of the West Bank. Of course, "international law and Israel" are an oxymoron.

a) the Oslo Accords expressly excluded any reference to "settlements".

Here's an Arab source:

Oslo made no mention of a settlement freeze—formal or otherwise—and, in fact, deferred the settlement issue altogether until so-called “permanent status” negotiations to be held in five years...Notably, the Oslo Accords, including the 1993 Declaration of Principles (“DOP”) and the 1995 Interim Agreement as well as subsequent agreements and protocols, did not deal directly with the issue of Israeli settlements, either with regard to their legal status (i.e., under international humanitarian law) or in terms of limiting their continued expansion.

b) as for Bibi's non-inclusion of "East Jerusalem", well, again, with the Pals. demanding all-or-nothing, despite they being the aggressors since 1920, the practicers of terror since 1920 and those who sought the thwart international agreements as regards the "reconstitution of the Jewish national home" since 1922, when that right was recognized and formalized by the League of Nations, they will get nothing.

The problem with Arab propagandists is:

- they lie

- they prevaricate

- they tell only a part of the story

- they hide what is unpleasant

- they subvert language

- they cannot produce substantiated claims
