A Matter of Arithmetic

As we now know:

Israel Promises 300 Units In Exchange For Relocating 5 Homes

I was wondering, if every community, 150 in all, volunteered to yield up 5 buildings, could we all increase our homes by 300?

That would be, um, 45,000 new homes.

And 45,000 times 4.5 household members would come to 202,500 more Jews in Yesha.

Is that good arithmetic?

It's very good arithmetic. It's just not good grounding in political reality.
You have to factor in: How many promises to build are honored?
