Linguistic Polling

Over at +972, we have a useful tool.

Tal Schneider's The Plog.

The Plog?

The Plog, a term formed from combining the words "politics" and "blog," is also a shortened version of the Hebrew word for "controversy."

Actually, the word Israelis use most often for controversy is פלוגתא, plugta, which is Aramaic.

Morfix translates 'controversy' as מַחֲלֹקֶת, וִכּוּחַ, סִכְסוּךְ.

Peleg would be a section or portion.
