WEST FARGO – Shiloh Street will be closed completely to all access from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. today. Due to the rain Tuesday night and early Wednesday, Johnson Excavation rescheduled a closure from Wednesday to today. Crews will be installing a deep sanitary sewer line and will need to work across the street, according to a news release from Moore Engineering Inc.
