Well, BBC Comes Out Fair

In the BBC report on the death of an elderly Arab man in Hebron, we leaqrn it was a mistake:

Israeli troops have shot dead a 67-year-old Palestinian man by mistake in an operation to arrest members of the Islamist militant organisation, Hamas.

For comparison, let's try Ma'an:
Hebron man executed during Israeli raid

And why were they in that house:

An IDF force raided Hebron in a bid to arrest five Hamas members released from jail Thursday by the Palestinian Authority, which gave in to their hunger strike. During the detention operation, soldiers entered an apartment on the second floor of a building in the city to arrest Wael Mahmad Said Bitar...Spokesperson's Unit said Bitar aided Shahab Natashe, who executed twin suicide bombings in the southern city of Dimona in February 2008, which left one woman killed and 10 injured. After Shahab's assassination, Bitar led suicide bombings which were thwarted. He was arrested by the Palestinian Authority's security forces in September 2008 and released Thursday.

As for another aspect, demographics, I found this at the end of the report:

Israel has occupied the West Bank since 1967, settling close to 500,000 Jews in more than 100 settlements. There are about 2.5 million Palestinians living in the West Bank
Of course, that 500,00 number includes Jewish residents in united Jerusalem.  And the number for the Arab residents is open for ratification due to unreliability of the PA's statistics.
