THE validity of sexual harassment claims against a senior Commonwealth Bank manager may come down to the exact location of a tattoo on or near his buttocks, a court has heard.
Vivienne Dye, who was sacked as a public relations manager at the bank in November 2007 claims Michael Blomfield, a former executive general manager of local business banking, tried to kiss her and made suggestive comments to her, including pulling his pants down to show her a tattoo of a name in Hebrew during work-related drinks.

If Mr Blomfield had a tattoo in Hebrew, I wonder what it said?
I believe he reckons he is a Catholic? Or was brought up as one?
If as his barrister says the tattoo
is a myth, then why didn't Mr B bare
all in private for the judge only
and prove it?
No wonder he settled quickly. LOL
