A Little Hole in the Sidewalk
The Jerusalem House of Quality, housing artisans' workshops and exhibits, sits on Hebron Road across from the Mt. Zion Hotel and next to the Menachem Begin Heritage Center.
So, you'd think it would be properly cared for as many tourists and Israelis visit.
But no.
There's a hole in the sidewalk.
