Going to Court Over a Torah Commentary

It seems that a local publishing company, "Morasha L'Hanchil", is producing an edition of the Shulkhan Arukh, Section Even Ha'Ezer, with a commentary entitled "Rosh Pinnah".

The Jewish Theological Seminary is seeking legal avenues to halt the publication, claiming property rights.

Advocate Yochai Shechter writes to Advocate Avraham Gan-Tzvi (whom I actually know), ordering him to stop the presses and return all copies of the manuscript that was received from the JTA library, as per a previous agreement to 'freeze the situation' of last November.
