what does this mean? The Olso Accords established the PLO as the sole represenatives of the so called Palestinian peoples. Does the PA fear that the Israel/hamas negotiations undermines that prior arrangement?
That I don't know (or care). What it may mean is that finally someone realizes that releasing prisoners with wild pricetags can be irresponsible and dnagerous, if not for Jews than for PA leaders. Ironic, that.
