Death Penalty for Two Palestinians

That should be "Palestine, Texas, USA".

This story:

2 Palestine men sentenced for drug trafficking

PALESTINE, TX - Two Palestine, Texas men have been sentenced to federal prison for drug trafficking violations in the Eastern District of Texas, announced U.S. Attorney John M. Bales today. Derrick Leon Barrett, 41, pleaded guilty on Apr. 7, 2011, to conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute crack cocaine and was sentenced to 72 months in federal prison today by U.S. District Judge Leonard E. Davis. Barrett was also ordered to forfeiture of $10,000.  Jerryl Cornelius Mims, 38, pleaded guilty on Apr. 18, 2011, to possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine and was sentenced to 50 months in federal prison today by Judge Davis. Mims was also ordered to forfeiture of $1,000.

According to information presented in court, up until April 2010, Barrett and Mims conspired with others to distribute more than 280 grams of crack cocaine throughout the East Texas area. They were indicted by a federal grand jury on Jan. 5, 2011 and charged with federal drug trafficking violations.

I guess Gov. Perry would find this quite an intersting development.
