The recent Hareidi protest PR device of wearing a yellow Star of David really rankled many.
Some thought it totally innapproriate to exploit Holocaust symbols while others said that accusing Israel, for that is the comparison that comes to mind, of similar Nazi-era crimes is evil.
When Soviet Jews wore them:
I guess it was okay.

Israel is So-o-o Good
Says TechCrunch.com:
Hello World: Israel is Out-Classing You in Civil Disobedience
Excerpts:
You can always find something right about Israel.

Hello World: Israel is Out-Classing You in Civil Disobedience
Excerpts:
In the four weeks since the social protests have begun in Israel, hundreds of have been killed, dozens of women have reportedly been raped, a number of children tortured, and countless districts have been looted. The authorities have imposed a complete lock-down on all cellular networks. All access to Facebook and Twitter has been blocked. Little information is going in, or out.
Except the absolute, complete opposite.
...The protests are local, scattered all across Israel, drawing hundreds to hundreds of thousands. Big name musicians volunteer to headline these protests. Barricades and PA systems, all donated. People talk about the movement at every cafe, over every lunch, at every business meeting, at every family dinner.
...Small potatoes aside, it’s been four weeks and zero acts of the barbaric, non-discriminatory violence we’ve seen across the middle east, and even in the UK. No shots fired. No stores looted. No form of communication has been shut down...While in neighboring countries regimes are slaughtering the opposition, in Israel we have complete free speech to criticize our politicians and leaders.
...The backbone of the movement has unquestionably been Facebook, via pages, and events, and of course Twitter, via the #j14 hashtag. A revolution needs a site, right? Right...I wonder though how many of these future civil disobedience movements will be modeled upon Israel, where technology and love trumped violence.
You can always find something right about Israel.

"You Are My Brother" - Protest Song of Amir Benayoun
A protest song against the radical Left:
"After they are unsuccessful in attacking me from without and then you come and attack me from within"
"I constantly rush forward with my back to you and you sharpen the knife"
"I sacrifice myself for your family and you spit in my face"
Refrain:
"I am your brother, you are my enemy
You hate me, I love
When I cry you laugh from behind my back
You kill me but you are my brother, you are my brother."
More:
"I am the future; you are the past"
"My mouth is sealed on your behalf but your mouth hands me out to the foreigner"
______

O Women of 'Palestine', Hear The Call! Act for Peace!
Here's an action plan:
Kenyan women's group tells men: Make war? No love
Thousands of Kenyan women vowed Wednesday to begin a weeklong sex strike to try to protest their country's bickering leadership, which they say threatens to revive the bloody chaos that convulsed the African country last year.
Leaders from Kenya's largest and oldest group dedicated to women's rights, the Women's Development Organization, said they hope the boycott will persuade men to pressure the government to make peace.
Eleven women's groups are participating in the strike. The groups have also called on the wives of President Mwai Kibaki and Prime Minister Raila Odinga to abstain. It was not clear how either wife responded to the request.
"We have looked at all issues which can bring people to talk and we have seen that sex is the answer," said Rukia Subow, chairman of the Women's Development Organization...Sex strikes are rare worldwide. Many men in Kenya are polygamous, as is allowed by law.

More Pics of the Police Action in Hebron
I don't think these guys have been through a course in civil demo dispersal:
Note the officer in the back getting ready to slam his shield on the guy's head from behind. Tsk, Tsk.

Three big guys on one arm?
Did her arm remain attached to her body?

To select a proper Defense Minister - that's your job!
To define realistic war goals - that's your job!
To protect schools, hospitals and public buidlings - that's your job!
To prevent the home front frombeing harmed -that's your job!
To return the soldiers home in peace - that's your job!
You were right in your speech. You really do work for us.
But we don't want your services any more.

Pictures of Pollard Protest
On Monday night, February 19, Jacob Richman attended a rally in front of the prime minister's residence at Kikar Paris, to remind Ehud Olmert that it is his exclusive responsibility to demand the release of Israeli agent, Jonathan Pollard, who continues to languish in an American prison, serving his 22nd year of an unlimited life sentence for his activities on behalf of the security of Israel.
The rally was also a protest in response to the American demand that Israel release dangerous murderers and terrorists from our prisons while our agent, Jonathan Pollard, who saved Israeli lives, continues to rot in an American prison.
He posted pictures of the rally on his website.
