That's the new event sponsored by the US Consulate General in Jerusalem.
It's an Arts Exhibition entitled “Nostalgia,” by Palestinian Artist Lina Qadri.
The exhibition will be featured at America House, U.S. Consulate General building, Nablus Road, Jerusalem, on April 10, 2013 at 5:00 pm.
Do you get the impression that "America House" is a cover for "Palestine House"?
