ARAM Society for Syro-Mesopotamian Studies is organizing its Forty One International Conference on the Palestinian Christianity during the 1st Millennium, to be held at the University of Oxford, 06-08 July 2015.

The conference will start on Monday July 06 at 9am, finishing on Wednesday July 08 at 6pm. Each speaker’s paper is limited to 30 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes for discussion. All papers given at the conference will be considered for publication in a future edition of the ARAM Periodical, subject to editorial review. Two comments:

1. I'll never forget Hanan Ashrawi at the Madrid Conference claiming "Jesus was a Palestinian". And there is this:

"Jesus was a Palestinian" (Washington Jewish Week, February 22, 2001)

Note: In fact, the New Testament does not even use the word "Palestine"; it refers to the area in which Jesus lived by its correct historical name, "Judea."
