Two comments:

1. I'll never forget Hanan Ashrawi at the Madrid Conference claiming "Jesus was a Palestinian". And there is this:

"Jesus was a Palestinian" (Washington Jewish Week, February 22, 2001)

Note: In fact, the New Testament does not even use the word "Palestine"; it refers to the area in which Jesus lived by its correct historical name, "Judea."

And read here, too.

2. And the Christians are fleeing "Palestine".

And there's also this:

The Pre-Islamic Christian Arab Tribes, 24-26 July 2017 (University of Oxford)

ARAM Society for Syro-Mesopotamian Studies is organizing its Forty Seven International Conference on the pre-Islamic Christian Arab tribes and their continuous presence in the Arab East.
