At the height of the shuk shopping last Thursday, with narrow Agrippas Street overloaded with traffice, this guy decides to park at the intersection of Agrippas & Shiloh Street for 5 full minutes!
He stopped the buses from proceeding and caused a major traffic jam which, incidentally, made me miss the bus that goes up the hill here in Shiloh, the 17:25 #148. Honking didn't faze him. He got out, did his business and then drove away.
