Each month Israel transfers NIS 50 million to the Gaza Strip for the salaries of Palestinian Authority employees, and up to $13.5 million for the salaries of UNRWA workers (most of whom are Palestinians).

What's so surprising? Don't you know how stupid Israelis are? It only took me a few months after making Aliya to realize that a large proportion of Israelis are braindead airheads.
