Found at Tel Shiloh: A 1927 Mil Coin
Grade 7 of our local Shiloh primary school have been volunteering to help clear the ancient pool area near the entrance to the Tel Shiloh site - not at the Tel itself.
And on the very first day, a 1927 Mil coin:
"Each Mil represents 1/1000th of a Palestine Pound, equivalent to one British Pound Sterling, thus the 100 Mils coins was equivalent in value to 1/10 of a Pound"
