Ice Skating Rink to be set up in Jerusalem's Safra Square

Winter attraction to bring ice hockey, ice shows and skating to Jerusalem


Next month, Jerusalem's Safra square will be turned into a large ice skating rink. Organized by the city's event management company Ariel, the rink will be open to the public (Ages 6 and up) from March 10th to April 14th between the hours of 10:00 am and 23:00 pm, including during the Purim and Passover school holidays.

The attraction will include the 500 square metre ice skating rink as well as a further 200 square metres of coffee shops, retail booths and more, inside a 1000 square metre marquee. In addition, the rink will include music for the skaters to enjoy.

The site will host different attractions including ice hockey competitions and famous guests from around the country and abroad...In addition, the Israeli Ice Hockey Federation (NHL)'s- night hockey league will be holding a night hockey tournament over the course of four nights which will be open for the general public to watch.
