And the response?
Here:-
Leading Israeli intellectuals and Israel Prize laureates demanded the immediate firing of a top rabbi accused of supporting a book justifying the killing of non Jews on Saturday, urging the state to investigate him for his alleged role in the assassination of former Prime Minister Yitzhak Rabin.
They never give up. Despite Justice Elyakim Rubinstein's full clearance, and his defense of free speech, they persist in their conspiratorial theories.

Or not.
Questioning : "The act of asking questions to determine if there has been a crime, and hearing the position of both sides".
Refusing to meet for questioning : Waiving a right to defend ones view, obstructing the process and work of the judiciary, and at the same time challenging the principle of egality before the law.
Perhaps freedom of speech holds the high ground here, but that does not mean that you cannot show up for questioning. It is the duty of a citizen.
The fact that Nitzan tried to reach out to Lior and permitted low profile questioning to shield him from public light, but was rejected shows that Lior himself was attempting to play this for maximum confrontation. You are partcipating in that erosion of the judiciary. A questioning is not a sentence, and you should know this.
