Israeli lecturers to state: Probe university's alleged anti-leftist policies


Bar-Ilan University faculty members urge Council For Higher Education to examine claims by lecturers that they were denied promotion because of leftist political activities and opinions.

Watch out fellows.  Someone might want to shuugest investigating the reverse: the discrimination against right-wing nationalist academics for the past decades, including Professor Joseph Klausner way back when:

When the Hebrew University opened in 1925 Klausner hoped to be appointed Professor of Second Temple History in the History Department. But as his political orientation was Revisionist he was denied the position and was instead appointed Professor of Modern Hebrew Literature...
