Where Did His Handprint Go?

At the bottom of Nahon Street in Jerusalem, at the entrance to the footpath bridge spanning Hebron Way, under the sculpture of Peace by Yigal Tumarkin commemorating Abie Natan's flight to Egypt, you will find seven handprints marking the contribution of World Bnai Brith made that facilitated the construction of that bridge.

The first on the left is of Teddy Kollek:

But where is that of Jack Spitzer?

It seems that the recent renewed paving of the street by the Jerusalem Municipality made an error.
