U.N. Special Coordinator Serry informed the President that U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon plans to visit Israel and the Palestinian Authority soon to discuss several issues including how Israel can facilitate the movement of goods into Gaza. He added that there is no humanitarian problem in Gaza
