Neat Way To Escape The Settlement Freeze

This building contractor or someone came up with an aesthetic way to cover up the ugly view of an apartment building going up and draped views of Old Jerusalem over the scaffolding. Presumably, that's the type of view he's selling as the building, located on King David Street, just opposite the Hebrew Union College, does afford, from the higher floors, some spectacular scenes of the Old City.

Maybe this trick could also be used to cover up construction in Jewish communities slated for the big freeze?
