This line, here:

caught my attention.
But I couldn't find any other reference to the Temple Mount's role in any of the reviews I tracked down.
Anyone out there who can supply more information?

That quote is for a different book by the same author. The Accident Man is Cain's first book. You are referring to his second one, No Survivors.
