I am a student from Gaza city ... I'm losing my future gradually

I going to study medicine in Bosnia But i can't get out of GAZA .... University classes starts , my visa is gonna be invalid ! !

I need some one to help me to get a permit to Ramallah or even to enter Egypt .

Really i need help ... It's my future .. Dream .. my life
