Treasury to reimburse Olmert for legal costs during war probe
The state treasury has decided to reimburse Prime Minister Ehud Olmert for the legal expenses of his appearances before the Winograd Commission probing the war in Lebanon, it emerged Tuesday.
Responding to a reporter's question, Justice Ministry Managing Director Moshe Shilo said Olmert was the only witness that asked to be reimbursed.
