I read this headline that was published all over the place:
Sleeping Terror Cell Caught

And so, with no little trepidation and fear of possible police interrogation and arrest and expressions of opposition from friends and rivals I ask:
Just who was this headline referring to?
Was it a group of Hezbollah fighters caught by the IDF or...
...the Government of Israel caught by the Hezbollah?
