Gershon Solomon of the Temple Mount Faithful group won a small victory. His followers can ascend and enter the Temple Mount compound on Tisha B'Av.
But he can't.
Israel's High Court for Justice decided that he must stand far away.

The 'Faithful' can't wear sackcloth, carry signs and act "provocatively".
