What Was and Wasn't in 1938 Compared to Today

This is a 1938 aerial photograph of the Temple Mount, view from south-east:

And in this copy I point out the differences between 1938 and 2017:

A whole building to the east of Al-Aqsa Mosque gone. Alterations in footpaths, planting groves of trees (done to hide Jewish period remains, especially there to the north-west where Herodian-era stones were seen) and more.
